Technology Tips:
Use a stylus if you have one
Practice using only your index finger
Try different positions while using the tablet
lying on your stomach (in prone), propped on elbows
seated with the tablet or phone propped at a 45 degree angle or flat on table
lying on back on couch with tablet or phone propped on legs or pillow
Don't forget to stretch as needed or at least every 20 minutes!
