Due on Friday, Dec 5th. Counts as two grades in the grade book.
Cougar Family Tree:
To help us spread holiday cheer, please allow your child to bring an ornament to hang on the tree in the front foyer of Cox Elementary! The ornament should represent a tradition your family celebrates during the holiday season. If you would like the ornament returned back to you, please make sure to put your child's name and homeroom teacher's name on it.
December Dress up days:
Monday: Wear your favorite Flannel
Tuesday: Wear your Hawaiian shirt or leis or favorite vacation t-shirt
Wednesday: Wear your favorite festive hat, headband, hair accessories
Thursday: Wear your holiday pjs
Friday: Dress as your favorite holiday character
We will begin our lesson on Perserverance.
We will learn about u_e words and then review magic e words.
We will continue learning about family traditions.
We will continue our nonfiction unit.
We will practice with ordering two-digit numbers and skip counting by 5s, 10s, and 2s.
We will finish up our unit on Weather and begin our unit on seasons.
