For newly admitted students, please email Dr. Eric Galapon for your Program of Study (POS).

Please note that in the Program of Study (POS) the students must identify their specialized, breadth and general electives. Have your updated POS approved by your Research Adviser prior to sending it to the NIP Director. 


Instructions to Graduate Students:

 1. To update your Program of Study, please have it signed by your research adviser and submit a printed copy to the NIP Graduate Committee Chair at the Director's office at NIP A201.



2.  For POST ADVISING, please submit your approved POS and UP Form 5A (printed copy) to the NIP Graduate Committee Chair at the Director's office at NIP A201.


All Form 5's and 5A's are signed by the NIP Director, Dr. Wilson O. Garcia, him being the Graduate Committee Chair. Indicate in your Form 5A, the following "Research Adviser Conforme:". If you already have a research adviser, let your research adviser sign as conforme in the bottom left corner of your Form 5A prior to submitting it to Director Garcia.

Notes
1. Check that the POS entries are complete.
2. As a general rule, the time limit for the completion of all degree requirements shall be no more than x years. Residence shall start from the time the student enrolls in a graduate course in the Program and shall include all leaves of absence from the Program.
