Terms of Service 

To ensure a seamless shipping experience, kindly take note of the list of our Restricted Zones and ensure your parcels are packaged according to Ninja Van's Packaging Guidelines.

1. Items that are inappropriately packaged or labelled may be delayed and will also be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Ninja Van at your cost. Ninja Van reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is inappropriately packaged or labelled.

2. Maximum weight of 30kg, up to 300cm sum of dimensions = (L + W + H), with each side not exceeding 150cm.

3. Pick up reservations must be booked at least 1 working day in advance, subject to 1 pickup per address per day. There is a minimum pickup surcharge of SGD 5 (before GST) applicable for each pickup of fewer than 5 parcels per location. Otherwise, pickup is free. For fewer than 5 parcels, we encourage you to drop your parcels off at our Ninja Points.

4. Claims for missing or damaged parcels are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 7 days from successful delivery of order, whichever is earlier. Any claims received after this period will not be processed.

5. Ninja Van's standard liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or SGD 100 per parcel, whichever is lower. Additional coverage above SGD 100 indicated during order creation will be charged at an additional 1.2% of indicated insured value, up to SGD 2,000.

Cash On Delivery

1. COD - Our drivers are able to collect amount from customers on behalf of you.

2. COD handling charges would be SGD1 or 3% of invoice value, whichever is higher.

3. Cash collected via COD is consolidated at month's end and will be remitted once the calculations and verification have been completed.

How can I get started shipping with Ninja Van?

Ninja Van is committed to providing quality logistics service for private businesses and commercial customers.

How do I start shipping with my registered Ninja Dashboard account?

If you have not registered for an account, please Sign Up for a Ninja Dashboard Account.

How do I make payment for my delivery orders?

At the end of each month, Ninja Van will send you an invoice and bill your Ninja Dashboard account for delivery charges incurred after the completion of delivery orders.

For Ninja Pack delivery orders, delivery fee is absorbed in the purchase of Nina Packs. You may purchase Ninja Packs via our Online store, Lazada or Shopee.

Can I have Cash on Delivery (COD) service for my Domestic Orders?

Yes, a $1 fee + GST or 3% fee + GST (whichever is higher) will be charged for every delivery order parcel.
Our finance team will consolidate all Domestic Orders' COD collections at the beginning of the following month and reach out to you via email for your verification.
Upon your confirmation, the COD amount will be reflected in your bank account within the next 3 working days.
