How do I sign up?

Sign up through our form here! You will receive an email notifying you of your successful registration. Do note that points can only be accumulated after signing up for the program, and cannot be backdated. You must have an existing Ninja Van account or be shipping with Ninja Van on Shopee/Lazada in order to join the Rewards program.

Is there a membership fee or subscription fee to join?

There is no membership fee or subscription fee. It is free for every shipper to join.

I have more than one shipper account, can I combine my Ninja Rewards points?

Yes. Please inform us through our form here! Do note that merging of accounts is irreversible. 

How do I know which accounts are already in Ninja Rewards?

If you have indicated all your accounts during the sign up, the points earned from all accounts will be merged into one account. If you want to double check, email us at sg-rewards@ninjavan.co.

How do I know if I have successfully signed up for Ninja Rewards?

You should receive an onboarding email with the link to the Rewards platform and your login details if you have signed up and are eligible for the program. If you have filled in the form but did not receive the onboarding email within 2 working days, kindly fill in the form again, or contact us at sg-rewards@ninjavan.co.

How do I earn Ninja Rewards points?

You can earn Ninja Rewards points with each completed regular delivery order with Ninja Van. Points will automatically be added to your account every day based on deliveries completed that day.

For marketplace (Shopee/Lazada) deliveries, 1 completed delivery will earn you 2 points.

For non-marketplace regular deliveries, 1 completed delivery will earn you 4 points. 

Please note that Ninja Rewards points will not be issued for Ninja Pack deliveries.


What rewards do I have? 

There are Ninja Exclusive Perks, Partner Perks, and redeemable rewards entitled to each member status. Earning sufficient Ninja Rewards points to achieve the higher statuses will unlock more benefits and entitlements.
