Terms of Service
To ensure a seamless experience for you and your customers, kindly take note of our delivery coverage areas ensure your parcels are packaged according to Ninja Van's packaging guidelines.
It is the shipper's responsibility to print and attach the air waybill to parcel as well as pack their parcels properly to avoid any damage/lost.
Max weight 30kg, max dimension 200cm (max length 120cm)
Ninja Van reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not fall within the above guidelines
Strictly no rollback/cancel the order once the parcel has been collected by Ninja Van (to avoid no data parcels)
Between actual weight and volumetric weight, we will charge whichever higher
Volumetric weight calculation: [(Width X Height X Length)/5000]
Claims are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 1 week from successful delivery of order. Any claims received after this period will not be recognized.
Ninja Prepaid Regular does not provide insurance option. Ninja Van will only be liable for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or RM200 per delivery item, whichever is lower.
