Connect to Ninja Van
These are the setup guidelines on how to Connect your Website to Ninja Van. What you need:
A Ninja Van Production Pro Account
An Boxify AccountÂ
Authorization Approval (1 - 3 working days)
Connecting Boxify to Ninja Van
Do take note that the integration setup may take around 1 - 3 working days to get the Authorization Approval before you are able to use any of the integration features. You will be notified in your email and WhatsApp by your Ninja Van Sales Representative or Account Manager.Â
Our Integration Audit will comprise 1 API audit before we grant access to the Production Environment
Order Create API
Request Boxify Integration Authorization Approval
Fill the form below OR Click on the link here to view the Request Form (if not shown)
Fill in your API key, Client ID & Client Key in our Integration Authorization Approval Form, and then click Submit
The authorization will take usually around 1 - 3 working days
Note: the period may differ based on the number of authorization requests we received daily
We'll inform you through email once your account is ready to use the integration
You will get this email to your registered email address same as the login email on Ninjavan Dashboard.
Address Book Setup
Once you have successfully installed the Extension Plugin, kindly login to both your Website Admin Page to setup your Sender and Pickup Address
1. Login to your Boxify
2. Click on Settings
3. Select Ninjavan from Panel
4. Fill in the details only on "prod - Ninja Van - MY"
5. Fill name that want to show on airwaybill
6. Fill desire pickup/sender address details
7. Turn on Pickup Required
8. Choose desire Parcel Size
9. Choose desire Pickup Time
10. Choose service level as STANDARD
11. Choose country as Malaysia
API Setup
Once you have installed the plugin and updated your Address, kindly login to both your Website Admin Page and your Ninja Van Pro Account Dashboard (URL: https://dashboard.ninjavan.co/login-v2) to Setup the API Keys and also to request for Integration Authorization Approval.
1. Login to your Ninja Van Production Pro Account Dashboard
URL: https://dashboard.ninjavan.co/login-v2
2. Go to Settings > IT Settings
3. Go the API section
4. Copy the Production Client ID & Client Key
If the Client ID and Client Key is not present, kindly click on the "REGENERATE CLIENT ID & KEY" Button
5. Go to your Boxify Setting
6. Paste your API KEY, Client ID and KEY
7. Click on SAVE
8. Click on START SANDBOX AUDIT
Enable Tracking Number Column
1. Login to your Boxify
2. Click on Active orders
3. Click on Icon
4. Tick "TrackingNumber"
5. Repeat step 2-4 fo orders
