Action: Set up at least one course for your event with obstacles. If you event will have more than one course, go ahead and set up multiple courses for your event. Practice duplicating and editing the courses.
Add promotional codes to your ticket prices. Promo codes can take off a percentage or a flat dollar amount for the registration.
Action: Create at least two promo codes for your event: one with a percentage and the other using a flat dollar amount.
How to manually add contestants to your event and how to create teams within your event.
Action: Create new contestants for your non-league event. Create at least one team for your event. Add contestants to that team.
How to create waves for your competition - waves are used to separate age groups, time slots, stages, or other variables during your competition.
Action: Set up at least one wave and add the contestants to that wave.
Setting the run order prior to an event or during the event. You can manually change the run order, or set the run order to random, alphabetical, or in the order of registration. During a competition you can skip competitors, or manually change order if needed.

Action: Simulate contestants running the course that you have created. View and edit their times for each of the obstacles they ran. (Note: * If you have the per-event subscription, please reach out to customer support if you complete this action prior to hosting your event so that we can reset your subscription - your subscription will only last for 7 days after your first contestant runs)
You can download a CSV file with contact, demographic, and other information to use to send emails to your participants and spectators for an event. You can also use this information in the spreadsheet for other purposes.
Issue Refunds for the event you are hosting
Full or partial refunds
Go to the Registration tab, Registration Orders, then click the pencil icon under Actions.
Remember: Issuing a refund to a contestant will automatically remove them from the competition.

Each course in your event needs to be sanctioned individually. As the event host, you are in control of which courses are sanctioned and which are not in your event. You can also have an event that includes multiple sanctions - but each individual course can only have one league sanction tied to it. Follow the directions in the document to ensure you've sanctioned and published your courses properly for the league event you are hosting.
