Training Requirements
RWT identify statutory & mandatory training requirements for all employees based on their staff group and role. You can Identify your specific training requirements by searching for your job role / title on the Training Needs Analysis.
NB. This is an abstract from a live document hosted on the RWT intranet and may be subject to change (VPN Required).It is your responsibility to ensure that your mandatory training is up-to-date. Each month a compliance report is forwarded to the Management Team for cascading through Line Managers. This report shows each training topic to be either: Green-no action needed; Amber -needs to be updated in the next 3 months or Red -you are non-compliant and must complete the training now.
All statutory and mandatory training should be completed through My Academy, which has replaced ESR and KITE platforms.
