This site contains the 2023/24 NIHR CRN Performance and Operating Framework as approved by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). 

The 2023/24 High Level Objectives (HLOs) page was updated to include v1.1. of the HLOs on 31 July 2023.

Please note that, as of 16 February 2024, the requirement for LCRNs to complete End of Contract / Closure Reports (clause 9.8) has been withdrawn.
