Study and Site Feasibility Checklist

Once you have identified a commercial study, you will need to submit a feasibility questionnaire. These questionnaires are also known as expression of interest (EOI) forms or site identification forms and their purpose is to supply the information needed to a sponsor for a specific study. Information commonly requested includes contact details for the study team, available facilities, patient population, target timelines and previous experience. Here are some questions to ask yourself to help assess feasibility at your site:

Next, explore the logistical aspects of the study and how this could fit in with your site. Consider the following aspects:


By asking all these questions, you can then identify what strengths your site has to offer, develop a suitable start-up timeline and target and submit this in the EOI.
