Dr Pauline McGlone
Deputy Chief Operating Officer, NIHR Clinical Research Network South West Peninsula
Dr Pauline McGlone has worked for the NIHR Clinical Research Networks since 2004, working for the Comprehensive Clinical Research Network prior to joining the NIHR CRN.
Before joining the network Pauline was a R&D Manager in the NHS covering primary, acute and community research. She has been involved in research for her whole career and has worked at a number of universities including King’s College London, The Department of Epidemiology and Public Health University College London and the Peninsula Medical School covering a range of different research areas and settings.
She is passionate about the role research can play in improving our health and care system and the quality of care for patients and the public and promoting the South West as a great place to do and support research.
Krista Bradley
Vice President and General Manager of Research Nursing and Phlebotomy Solutions, Decentralized Clinical Trials at IQVIA
Krista Bradley, RN, BSN, MBA Healthcare Management, is the Vice President and General Manager of Research Nursing and Phlebotomy Solutions, Decentralized Clinical Trials at IQVIA.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Krista was the Executive VP of Clinical Research at PCM Trials where she led global expansion efforts for home research services and decentralized trials. Before her focus narrowed in on DCT she was the System VP of Research at the CHI Institute for Research and Innovation, the central research hub for one of the largest healthcare companies in the US. She has worked in the healthcare space since 1994, starting out as a Registered Nurse. Her passion for research began a few years later with her role as an Oncology Research Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic. Krista’s research background spans both academic and community based programs and she has broad exposure to various areas of healthcare that include medical device development and implementation, service line management, and hands-on clinical work.
Krista’s focus and attention is on innovative growth and expansion of research opportunities to ensure patients and sites have access to the latest cutting-edge therapies and treatment options, in their local communities, with decreased burden and increased flexibility.
Krista retains an active license as a Registered Nurse and she received her certification as a clinical research professional in 2010. She is married with 2 children and resides in Denver, Colorado.
Sarah Kemp
Senior Project Manager, Research Nursing and Phlebotomy Solutions, IQVIA
Sarah has worked in clinical research since 2009, as a Project Manager at a phase 1 site and since 2020 for IQVIA as a Senior Lead as part of the Decentralized Clinical Trials team, overseeing the activity of IQVIA’s mobile research health care professionals all over the world. Prior to that she trained as a nurse at St Georges Hospital in London and went on to work in critical care in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Bath. Sarah moved to the United States with her husband and three children in 2006 and lives in south eastern Wisconsin.
Paul Moreau
International Project Director, IQVIA
Paul has 25 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Novartis and, for the past decade, IQVIA. In this time he has undertaken roles in Market Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical Trials. Last year he joined the newly formed HCP Network at IQVIA, a global group looking to meet the growing need for Healthcare Professionals as part of healthcare solutions. Central to this is support for the growing and exciting area of Decentralised Trials.
Paul lives in Warwickshire with his wife and two dogs and has two grown up sons. He occupies his spare time with travel and photography.
