I am Research Governance Manager for Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and have worked within research for the NHS in various guises for over 15 years. We have faced a period of unprecedented challenge and change and now have the opportunity to reimagine how we build on and grow the way we work collaboratively and as individual trusts to meet the needs of our populations; and I believe a fair and transparent funding model is essential to our continued success as a network, which is why I volunteered to be part of the Progression Plan Project 6 Funding Model Group.
