Research Site Codes

In order to complete a PRES, in addition to the study information (CPMS number and study name), the site code also needs to be accurately entered.

If using the paper survey, please ensure that this in entered in the 'for staff use' section before it is shared with the participant (when requesting paper surveys you can request that the site code is entered before you receive them)
If using the digital survey, please share the site code with the participant before they begin to complete the digital survey
If using the bespoke QR code and URL model, please enter the site information when requesting a code; this will then be automated for participants when completing the survey
