Sally Stewart, the programme manager for this work is organising a series of workshops to help to shape the programme.
So far, we have identified some key common challenges facing researchers trying to use digital tools to support their research.
These include:
What data is available
What tools are available to access these data
Navigating the governance required to access these data
Finding the right people to support you
Sound familiar? We want to hear from you!
This workshop will discuss the barriers to use of digital health data, what the CRN can do to support, and define what the future should look like. The outcomes will help to influence the programme and the support that the CRN can provide.
We are inviting you as someone who may have an interest in using electronic health records to find patients, recruit them to studies or follow up.
