The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department is committed to establishing itself as a key regional, national, and international hub for the advancement of computing and IT systems and applications. Recently boosted by its top ranking, the department is currently experiencing an exciting phase of expansion and opportunity.

Our CSE department is teeming with dynamic energy, brought in by a diverse student community consisting of approximately 500 undergraduate and 36 postgraduate students. This vibrant educational atmosphere is further enriched by our exceptional faculty of Associate and Assistant Professors.

Our mission is to continuously evolve and strengthen the fundamentals of Computer Science and Engineering, thereby contributing to the intellectual capital of both research and students. We are ardently focused on progressing and enhancing the cornerstones of Computer Science and Computing Engineering to nurture and fuel the future of our research initiatives and student body.

Established in the year 2008, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Nigama has firmly planted its roots in a field that is both evergreen and constantly progressing. This domain represents the epitome of dynamism, with the landscape shifting and new ideas being introduced at every turn.

Welcome to the Internet of Things (IoT) Engineering Department at our esteemed institution. As one of the pioneering departments in the field of IoT, we are dedicated to advancing the forefront of innovation and education. We bridge the gap between computing and the physical world, creating intelligent systems and interfaces that are capable of transforming industries, enhancing lives, and safeguarding our environment. 

Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a continuously evolving subject. As technology has advanced, so have the challenges facing the modern engineer. A silicon chip containing over 100 million transistors in an area no larger than a postage stamp is yesterday’s news. EEE is a subject that naturally partners with other disciplines to open whole new engineering avenues. Examples include Mechatronics – with Mechanical Engineering, Bio-medical Sciences-with Medicine and Avionics-with Aeronautics. The EEE Department at Nigama prepares students in this field using new-age information and computer-intensive technologies. 

The mission of M.B.A. Department is to set up higher learning standards to meet the needs of rapidly developing economy and to create awareness of present and future trends in business organizations. The department has a separate library consists of 221 titles, 1692 volumes, 3 national and 18 international journals.
