Applications for the spring 2026 semester will be accepted from April 6th to 17th
The spring semester will start on May 18th
Classes will be held both in person and online through Zoom
Summer break will be from August 10th - 21st
Applications for the fall 2026 semester will be accepted from October 5th to 16th
The fall semester will start on November 9th

Applications for the TOEFL itp test will be accepted from November 30th to December 11th

Introduction
The NINS English Education Program works in collaboration with the Center for Education Planning and Development at SOKENDAI, providing courses to equip researchers with the communication skills needed to spread knowledge and interact with the academic community.
Specially appointed lecturer Jeremiah Sechrist teaches classes both online and at the NINS Okazaki Campus. Please refer to the curriculum page for more information about the classes offered.
