Happy Halloween! I hope you all had a safe trick-or-treating experience! The students are crazy and kookie but they are always ready to learn something new. Guess what we started this week... MULTIPLICATION! A new milestone in our life. November is going to be filled with "thankful" and "gratitude" activities! Stay tuned for our "Thankful Tree!"

You're probably thinking why didn't Mr. Yan update pictures in a while? Well... that is how life is for a teacher! Lots to do with little time and that is the beauty of it. Throughout the weeks, did a science experiment where we learned about gravity and how forces act upon balls. We also celebrated Ariel's birthday and had cupcakes. Lastly, we learned how to measure objects using a ruler. Inches? Centimeters? We know it all!

"Mr. Yan! It's hot! Can you take a picture of us?" "Why not?" This heat has everyone acting silly. Today was a hot and sunny day with no signs of clouds at all. It was 89 degrees! Oh yeah! Our class has lights in them now. It's nice and homey. Come visit!

Congratulations Supreme Diamonds! You made it through your first full week of third grade! Chromebooks were given to each student so that they can use it for homework assignments. They are to bring them charged every single day to class. Next week, we are going to start learning core information of Math, Science, English Language Arts, and Social Studies. Put your learning caps on!
