Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! My name is Rueilian Kao.

Students call me Kao Laoshi. (Teacher Kao) I am thrilled to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year. I have more than a decade of experience as a Mandarin Immersion elementary educator. I am committed to providing students with high quality educational experience and provide a safe learning environment where all students feel included, valued, and loved. I earned my bachelor and master degree in Early Childhood Education. 

Outside of school, I enjoyed hiking, traveling and painting.

My scholars in this classroom you are caring about. My goal is to

encourage you to be the best person you can be and support you in every way. I am committed to doing my best to help you learn and grow both inside the classroom and outside the classroom. Remember you have wonderful gifts, strengths, and talents and I can’t wait for you to share them with your classmates and I. You are uniquely and wonderfully you!
