In this unit, students will be beginning the year by reviewing the basics of geography skills and a review of governments of the world.
Periodically, students will complete Current Events assignments to stay up-to-date on issues affecting the world around them.
Students will be introduced to the geography of Australia. We will look at its physical geography, history, and culture.
During this grading period, students also begin the unit on East Asian studies: Physical Geography of East Asia and just the beginning of the History of East Asia.
