Unit 1
I understand what a portfolio is used for.
I can create the cover drawing for my portfolio using my experiences and adventures in my life.
I understand how to use the "steps for good coloring skills" to nicely color my drawing on my portfolio.
Unit 2
I can use new and different art media to create art.
I can use my knowledge of "good coloring" to color my heart with watercolor markers.
I can use my knowledge of color mixing to imagine the final result of new colors created when colors mix.
Unit 3
I can use my knowledge of shapes to create geometric shapes in my drawing.
I can use my knowledge about freeform shapes to create a freeform shape.
I can use my knowledge of using scissors safely and correctly to cut out my freeform shape.
I can use my imagination to turn my freeform shape into a monster.
