Other Important Information

Your workshop dates, times and locations can all be found in the "Course Workshops" course inside aXcelerate. This is your main source of information for all practical workshop details throughout your course. 

NHFA has a 100% workshop attendance requirement, as practical workshops are a critical part of developing your coaching skills and completing your qualification. If you’re unable to attend a workshop, a make-up booking fee may apply to attend that session at a later date.

Before attending your first workshop, ensure you have completed all onboarding tasks, including your Learner Onboarding and LLN Quiz in aXcelerate, and all Introductory and Week 1 Videos in Kajabi.

For your first workshop, please bring a notebook and pen, water bottle, towel, and a jumper, as some venues can be quite cool. You should wear comfortable gym attire and enclosed training shoes. If your enrolment includes an NHFA shirt, your coach will provide it during your first workshop.

Workshop attendance is compulsory. If you're unable to attend, please contact the NHFA team as soon as possible. If you miss a workshop and need to attend a replacement session, a $50 make-up fee may apply.

Your complimentary gym membership is active for 13 weeks from the date of your first workshop. At your first workshop, we’ll organise your gym access, and you’ll receive your NHFA uniform and consultation booklet by no later than your second workshop.

• aXcelerate – Used for your assessments, theory content, learner onboarding, workshop information and workbook uploads

• Kajabi – Used for your workshop preparation content and online video learning

• Email, SMS and calls – Used for important course communications, reminders and updates throughout your studies

• Google Meet – May occasionally be used for support calls or online sessions

• Debit Success – Used to manage your payment plan and billing information (if applicable)

If your enrolment includes any advanced courses or bonus course content, these can be accessed in your Kajabi Video Library.

If you’re expecting access to an advanced course and can’t see it, please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for your Kajabi invitation email first.

As part of the Certificate III in Fitness, all students are required to complete HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid with an external provider.
We recommend booking with ABC First Aid, where NHFA students receive 10% off by using the discount code NHFA10.
