When will my order be ready?

We will complete your order within our next restock, in about one week.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

We will send out an email when your order has been completed and deliver it to your form room.

How will I recieve my order?

We will deliver to your form room.

What if I am dissatisfied with my product?

If your candle has not been lit, you are able to return it/we can replace it depending on the issue. Also please note that they are homemade, so each candle is different! If you have lit your candle, you unfortunately cannot return it but
