Athletes also need to create an account on DragonFly Max and complete additional and missing forms or update their account for the current year.
Students who do not have these forms completed and turned in, cannot try out for any sports.

NHCS Physical Forms Spanish.pdfDragonFly Max is a tool for Athletics Management in schools. It connects school administrators, coaches, athletic trainers, parents, and players into one platform. Players and parents can upload and sign documents all on the DragonFly website/app. Each individual player needs a unique account to play for the school (separate accounts are NOT necessary for various sports).
For example student John Doe only needs ONE DragonFly Max account if he wants to play soccer and basketball.
Documents signed and uploaded onto DragonFly Max are only valid for 395 days so please take a look at the dates of your documents so that your player does not miss out on playing sports because of outdated documents.
