5th Grade Supply List

Please label all supplies with your child’s name.

High Priority Items

Headphones – NOT WIRELESS (Each child will need their own for laptop use.)

* 2 Folders with pockets (Plastic folders work best!)

*Reusable water bottle

*  TWO 3-subject notebooks for ELA & Math (wide ruled paper)
