We believe that being involved makes a meaningful difference. We enjoy volunteering at school supporting our teachers and helping create a positive environment for all students. One of the greatest rewards is being able to watch our children grow and thrive from a distance while giving back to the school community. Serving alongside dedicated parents and educators is both an honor and privilege.

Joining the PTA is one of the simplest and most meaningful ways to support our school. A PTA membership is more than just a donation, it is an investment in our students, teachers, and school community. Membership dues help fund educational programs, teacher appreciation events, student activities, family engagement events, and other initiatives that enrich the school experience for every child.
Whether you are a parent, grand parent, family member, or community supporter, we invite you to join the PTA and help us continue creating opportunities that benefit every student.

Important Volunteer Information❗
NHCS and PTA appreciate and encourage parents to be involved in our events. And to provide our students an opportunity for a safe and positive learning environment NHCS requires for all volunteers to complete the following volunteer applications.
NHCS has two levels of volunteer credentials, click on the following links to apply.
Level 1 – General Volunteer
For parents, family or community members volunteering while continually supervised by school personnel during the school day. No background check is required.
Level 2 – Volunteer with Greater Student Access
For parents, family or community members working with students in an unsupervised etting or field trip volunteers. Background checks are required for all level 2 volunteers. You must complete the online aplication and pay the fee of $22.50. Once completed it, it will be valid for 3 years.
Once you have completed the background check, you can download the app Secure volunteer to keep track of your aplication status. FOR IPHONE FOR ANDROID

Volunteer at a PTA/School event= 1 raffle ticket 🎟️
Attend a PTA meeting=1 raffle ticket 🎟️
The more you participate, the more chances you have to WIN! Raffle drawing will take place at school before winter break. More details to come soon!
