ABOUT ME

I am originally from a small town in Wisconsin (yum, cheese) and moved to Wilmington over 20 years t0 swap the cows and cold weather with warm sunshine and creepy lizards. I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from UNCW. Go Seahawks! I am a licensed social worker and have worked with people of all ages and from all walks of life. My absolute favorite population to work with and learn from (and laugh with) are teenagers. When I am not working, you can find me reading, running, doing yoga, hiking, playing disc golf, knitting, or cuddling with my two cats.  I am also a certified Reiki practitioner and enjoy practicing the art of mindfulness/meditation.  Please let me know how I can assist you.
