Coach Eanes grew up in a small county in Middlesex, VA. Her love for volleyball started in 8th grade. Throughout high school, Coach Eanes showcased their talent on the varsity team all four years, demonstrating not only skill but also leadership and dedication. Their commitment to excellence extended beyond the school grounds as they also competed in travel volleyball with Peninsula Juniors, honing their abilities and fostering a deep love for the game.

Continuing their volleyball journey, Coach Eanes pursued higher education at Radford University, where they immersed themselves in the world of club volleyball. Coach Eanes has a bachelors in Elementary Education and a masters in Curriculum and Instructional Design. 

Upon graduating, Coach Eanes transitioned into teaching in Fredericksburg, VA. She taught 4th grade for one year and kindergarten for 2 years. She began playing in an adult league then transitioned into coaching, sharing their expertise and passion with aspiring athletes. She started her coaching career at Spotsylvania High School, where she led the varsity volleyball team with enthusiasm, determination, and a genuine desire to see her players succeed both on and off the court.

Coach Eanes moved to Wilmington in the summer of 2023, she is a teacher for NHCS at a local elementary school. When Coach Eanes isn’t at school or volleyball, you can find her at the beach or playing at Captn Bill's.

With a foundation built on years of playing experience, Coach Eanes is dedicated to empowering athletes, instilling values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship, and fostering a lifelong love for the game of volleyball.
