NHCS Dance programs are offered at John T. Hoggard High School, Emsley A. Laney High School, and Snipes Academy of Arts and Design. Dance is a requried study for Snipes Academy, and an Elective and/or International Baccalaureate (IB) option at Hoggard and Laney High Schools. Through these programs, students are given opportunities to perform and work on their school productions,  Local and Regional Plays, Festivals, Artist-in-Residence collaborations, and Dance-centered showcases, and are introduced to community organizations where they can practice what they learn in the classroom.
