Meet the Teacher!

My name is Rachel Neale and I'm a third grade teacher at Carolina Beach Elementary. I have taught second grade for three years, and am so excited to begin a new chapter in 3rd grade! 

I attended UNC Wilmington and earned my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education K-6. I was lucky enough to be an intern at CBES before I accepted a position in 2023.

I'm the youngest of four children: two sisters, a brother, and just became an aunt to a perfect niece!

In my free time I enjoy spending days on the beach, reading, puzzles, word searches, and trying new coffee shops!
