About me
Hello All You Wonderful Learners,
My name is Demi-lee Ziegler, I am so excited to be rejoining the team at Charles P. Murray Middle School. I worked at Murray for two years before I left briefly to complete my internship with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. GO SEAHAWKS!
My experience is in teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies, I love to share my love of reading, writing, inquiry, research and community engagement projects with all my students.
I have two wonderful kiddos, AJ and Leo who keep me on my toes. I also have two of the best dogs, Teddy and Zoe. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my kids hiking, going to the beach, going to dance recitals, soccer, t-ball, farmers markets and baking and watching the worlds best rugby team GO BOKKE!!!.
I am originally from South Africa and grew up there until I was fifteen, I speak three languages, four if you count speaking toddler. I love British Literature and all things sweet.
