About Me

Hello Parents!

My name is Alexandra Caldwell and I will be your student’s new 4th grade teacher. I am so excited to embark on this journey with your child and know we will enjoy the rest of the year together. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in K-6 education. This is my 5th year at Mary C. Williams teaching 4th grade! The one thing I am most passionate about is giving students the best education and support I can. Here are a few things about me: I enjoy playing the ukulele, and dancing, theatre, and love to sing every chance I get. I was raised in Wilmington and love living in this beautiful beach city. This year I look forward to building a relationship with your student and giving them the best learning environment possible.

In our classroom, we will be learning through hands-on activities that will allow the students to explore their educational outlook. We will incorporate songs and movement into my classroom to get students excited about what they are learning. We will have a positive classroom environment where your student will feel safe and ready to learn each day. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me through my email alexandra.caldwell@nhcs.net. I am willing to meet with any parents with any questions or concerns you may have. Building a relationship with you and your child and providing them with the best education and support they need is of the utmost importance to me.
