Math 1 (Alegbra 1) is a high school level course that can be taken in the 8th grade. Students will work at a faster pace with an increased difficulty to master the curriculum and prepare them for high school. At the end of the year they will take an EOC, which does count toward their final grade. My goal is for students to think critically, challenge themselves, and take responsibility for their work and effort. The Math 1 curriculum is listed below.
