Jordan the Judge uses evaluative thinking to make decisions based on the things he needs to consider (considerations).

Jordan's Rules for Thinking Like an Judge: 

Decisions are based on valid factual, observable or measurable considerations, not on opinions. 

When a choice must be made, considerations help guide students to the "best" solution when there is not one "right" answer.
