About Me

Welcome to College Park Elementary School. My name is Sheila Rauen and I am looking forward to teaching your child this year. This is my 12th year teaching and my third year at College Park Elementary School. My previous teaching experience includes 3rd Grade, 1st Grade, and Kindergarten.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education. I was then awarded a Graduate Assistantship and received my Master's in Education/Elementary Mathematics. I moved to Wilmington five years ago with my family. 

I enjoy spending time with my family and my two German Shepherds, going to the beach, riding my bike, relaxing by my pool, and listening to music.
