At Snipes, we teach about a "growth mindset". Visible Learning helps us realize that learning is a process! We aren't born with all of the knowledge in our brains that we will need, so we learn ways to develop skills and strategies to keep us from getting frustrated when things get tough inside and outside of school. PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Intervention System. We have lots of ways we like to encourage and celebrate positive behavior including: "Starbucks", class stars, monthly and quarterly celebrations, positive referrals, Glitzing, and more!
