A grade level list was posted but I have extras from years past so here is a revised list for my class (list may vary slightly from other third grade teachers).
Here are the supplies your third grader will need for class this year.
1 pencil box (please do not buy a pencil pouch, they are not big enough)
1 box of crayons (no bigger than 24 pack, larger sizes do not fit in the pencil boxes)
2 marbled, wide ruled, composition notebooks (do not get notebooks with a metal spiral side)
1 block eraser (please do not buy the pencil toppers)
8 fine point dry erase markers (these are for your child, not me, we use them everyday)
1 pair of scissors
2 glue sticks
1 set of headphones Please label with student name (Or you can put in a bag with the name on them. Headphones are better than earbuds.)
1 yellow two pocket folder (no prongs needed)
1 eraser for a dry erase board
2 packs of post it notes (these are for your child, not for me)
Please do not send in hand held pencil sharpeners.
