AHS Choral Ensembles

Advanced Honors (EE)

Eagle Ensemble is our premier auditioned mixed chorus that consists of singers with advancing skills and vocal technique.  Singers must possess skills to learn and sing music of a highly advanced nature.  This class is expected to learn a large volume of repertoire and requires students to practice on their own outside of the classroom.  

Accomplished Honors (BV)

Bella Voce consists of treble singers with proficient skills and vocal technique.  Entrance into this ensemble is by audition only.  Singers continue to build on the skills learned from prior chorus experience, while advancing skills in reading music/sight singing, ear training and vocal blend. 

Novice & Intermediate (CH)

Chorale consists of both beginning and intermediate levels, primarily focused on building choral skills.  Singers work on the fundamentals of vocal music techniques while gaining an understanding of musical terms, music literacy, and concert etiquette.  This choir is open to all students regardless of prior choral experience.
