Military Student School Transition Inbound/Outbound Checklist
To-Do List When Withdrawing:
Contact your current school registrar and child’s teacher of upcoming PCS
Complete withdrawal paperwork with the current school
Request a copy of your current official records/transcripts and hand-carry
Contact your current school’s Military Liaison for assistance with your transition
Return any technology, equipment, or library books to the school
Pay all fees (cafeteria, book fines, etc)
Contact Noble to speak with our Military Liaison for any questions or concerns
Complete the NHCS online enrollment process via https://nhcsncc.scriborder.com/
Documents You May Need When Enrolling:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Heath Records/Sports Physical
Legal Documents
Sponsor’s Orders
Proof of Command Sponsorship
Copy of Transcripts/Cumulative Folder to hand carry if needed
Current Schedule
Most recent report card
Withdrawal paperwork
Test Scores/Formal Assessments
Most recent IEP, 504, ELL records if applicable
Contact information for current school
