Young Adult Books
The Myrtle Grove Middle School Library has a Young Adult Book Section and many wonderful young adult book titles. The content in these books may be considered too mature for your student. This slip gives your student permission to check out any title from the Young Adult Book Section. This permission slip is only good for one year. A new form will need to be filled out each year.
