The IB Mentorship Program (IBMP) helps pre-Diploma students (9th &10th graders) feel more prepared for when they officially start the program their junior year by receiving honest and helpful peer mentorship from an upperclassman in IB. Typically we pair up Freshman with Juniors and Sophomores with Seniors, but this year we are unable to match up everyone in IB because there are more underclassmen than upperclassmen. Instead we will prioritize 10th grade mentees to be paired up with either a junior or senior and freshmen have the option to still attend meetings/events for IBMP. 

Our IB Mentoring Leader will reach out to the Pre-IB/IB 9-11th graders early in the school year.
