My name is Holly Smith. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from MVNU with an emphasis on teaching reading. This is my 10th year working in education. This is my 3rd year teaching first grade at Codington. I really love it here. I have previously taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, and first grade. Prior to that, I worked as a substitute teacher in elementary schools, and as a teacher's assistant. I moved to Wilmington in August 2022. I grew up in Kentucky and moved to Ohio for college. I lived in Ohio for several years until moving here. I chose to move to Wilmington because I grew up visiting my aunt who has lived here for many years. I have fallen in love with this historical, coastal town!
