Monday- Journal: Benefits of Exercise We’ve talked extensively over the last couple of weeks on fitness and nutrition. What are four benefits one can get from exercise?

Tuesday- Journal: Food Labels In the United States, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requires that all food and drink have a nutrition label on them. What are three informational items that are found on a Food/Nutrition Label?
PE- Family Life/ Kickball
Wednesday- Journal: Athletic Training Think of your favorite sport or leisure activity. Create a workout with at least 4 exercises that would help you get better in that particular sport/activity. Beside each exercise, write down what it would help you improve upon. An example would be jumping rope=quickness.

Friday- Journal: Recovery Imagine yourself after an intense workout. What are three things that you can do to help your body recover quickly
