Hi, I’m Tracey Failla — an Early Literacy Facilitator with 28 years of experience in education and a passion for helping teachers and students thrive.

Most of my classroom experience has been in first and second grade, where I developed a strong foundation in early literacy instruction. I’m also a proud National Board Certified Teacher, committed to ongoing professional growth and supporting others on their journey.

In my current role, I provide job-embedded, collaborative professional development focused on improving literacy outcomes and strengthening teacher expertise. My goal is to provide support and guidance for all stakeholders that will improve literacy outcomes 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family, reading a good book, or enjoying the beach. I’m excited to work and learn together this school year!
