Hi, I’m Tracey Failla — an Early Literacy Facilitator with 29 years of experience in education and a passion for helping teachers and students thrive.

Most of my classroom experience has been in first and second grade, where I developed a strong foundation in early literacy instruction. I’m also a proud National Board Certified Teacher, committed to ongoing professional growth and supporting others on their journey.

In my current role, I provide job-embedded, collaborative professional development focused on improving literacy outcomes and strengthening teacher expertise. My goal is to provide support and guidance for all stakeholders that will improve literacy outcomes in grades K-3 at Blair!

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family, reading a good book, or enjoying the beach. I’m excited to work and learn together this school year!
