About me

No, I am not a medical doctor.  I am called "Dr." because I earned a doctorate degree in Education.  When you finish that level of college, you get to put doctor in front of your name.  I loved college.  I did not care for middle or high school much.  

I am so lucky to get to be your teacher.  I came back to teaching after being an assistant principal for 7 years because I wanted to be with you guys.  

I have 3 children (Rowan, Fiona and Soraya), and a partner named Joe. To manage my stress, I meditate and do yoga every day. We can do yoga together each week at school! I am a vegetarian but won't judge you for not being one.  It's just who I am.  I will help you in any way I can.
