All About Me

Hello my name is Ms. Maribeth Johnson. I am a graduate of Wittenberg University which is located in Springfield, Ohio. I graduated with a BA in early childhood and special education in 2009. Upon graduating, I started working at West Liberty Salem Highschool as the teacher in the EC self contained classroom. I loved working at West Liberty and enjoyed my time there very much. However, I knew I wanted to move to North Carolina. At the end of the school year, I packed up all of my things and moved to Wilmington, North Carolina. In 2010 I began working at Howe Pre-K as an EC teacher and then as a NC pre-k teacher. In 2013 I attended UNCW for graduate school and graduated with my my Masters degree in educational leadership in 2015. In 2015 I began working at Eaton.

Shorty after I started working at Eaton, I married my wonderful husband Will. We now have a beautiful daughter, a playful dog, and one on the way. It is my fourth year at Eaton and I just love it. I really enjoying getting my students and excited about learning and seeing their curiosity grow with each day. I can't wait to get to know and work with you and your children.
