My name is Tricia Christmas and I am a Wilmington native. John T. Hoggard is my high school alma mater. I graduated in 2007 from a small school in Cedarville, Ohio called Cedarville University with my Bachelor’s in Spanish and Bible. During my undergraduate studies I was able to study abroad in Costa Rica, as well as travel to other Central American countries, which was an amazing experience.

2011 - Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) Spanish/ESL from UNCW

Work Experience:

I worked as a teacher assistant at Mary C. Williams Elementary School for 3.5 years while I started my Master’s program at UNCW to teach Spanish and ESL. I graduated with my Master’s degree in December 2011 and I taught Spanish at Ashley High School from that point until June 2012. Starting in the 2012-2013 school year, I began teaching ESL in New Hanover County.
