Always show up: You will notice a difference in your attitude and others perception of you if you are engaged, attentive, and positive. 

You belong here: Do not let anyone tell you that you, as a woman in STEM, do not have a valuable point of view. 

Support others and let them support you: Find someone you can relate with and build a network of like-minded individuals (both peers and mentors).

Stay Curious: It may sound cheesy, but never be afraid to ask questions! Curiosity leads to creativity.
