Any and all students are welcome to participate in our Battle of the Books meetings; however, only select students will be chosen to attend the competition in March, 2026.
Official sign-up for our 2026 Battle of the Books team will done through you/your child indicating that he/she would like to participate during the mastery selection. This will take place during the first 10 days of school.
You will be notified if your child is selected to participate in the Mastery for Battle of the Books.
Be sure that you have signed up for REMIND101 messages via this link. Remind is what will be used to communicate throughout our teams time together throughout our season.

What can I do to help my child with the Battle of the Books?
Encourage your child to READ, READ, READ! All 15 books must be read by competition day!
Quiz your child on the titles and authors. This is crucial in the competition. Feel free to use this site to be sure that your child understands how to recite author names correctly.
Have your child at school on time each day.
Give your child opportunities outside of our scheduled meetings to meet/zoom with teammates to challenge one another on their books read.
